Free printable calendar
This page is a short, practical guide to printing a calendar from this site: paper size, orientation, what actually ends up on the page, and where to find the exact grid you need. There is nothing to download and nothing to install. Every calendar on this site is built to print cleanly straight from your browser's own print dialog.
How to print a calendar from this site
Every calendar page here, the homepage, the yearly pages, and the monthly view, has the same print button.
- Navigate to the year or month you want to print (use the arrows on any calendar page)
- Click "Print / Save as PDF" above the calendar grid
- Your browser's print dialog opens automatically, with the on-screen buttons and checkboxes already hidden from the printed page
- Choose your printer, or select "Save as PDF" ("Microsoft Print to PDF" on Windows) to keep a digital copy instead of printing on paper
- Confirm the paper size and orientation in the dialog, then print
Paper size and orientation
The print layout adapts automatically to the paper size your printer is set to, US Letter or A4, without any extra setting on this site. For the full twelve-month year view, landscape orientation generally fits the grid better on a single page. For a single month from the monthly view, either portrait or landscape works well since there is more room for one month's cells. Most browsers let you switch orientation directly inside the print dialog before you print, so try both if the first result looks cramped.
What actually prints
Only the calendar grid itself reaches the page. The year and month navigation arrows, the "Today" button, the checkboxes, and this site's header and footer are all hidden automatically in print view, so you are not wasting paper or ink on interface elements you cannot click on paper anyway. A small line with the site name is added at the bottom of the printed page as a source reference, and nothing else.
Choosing the right calendar to print
If you want holidays highlighted, print directly from the 2026 calendar or 2027 calendar page, both mark US federal holidays automatically. If you would rather have a plain, undecorated grid with more visual room to write in, use the blank calendar template page and turn the "US holidays" checkbox off before printing. For one large month instead of a full year, the monthly calendar page gives you a single bigger grid, better suited to a one-page print for a single month.
No account, no watermark, no catch
Nothing on this page requires an account, an email address, or a payment. There is no watermark added to the printed page and no limit on how many years or months you print. The calendar is generated entirely by code running in your own browser, so nothing you print is sent to or stored on a server.
